All mediums and styles are acceptable.

(2-d and 3-d media, currently not accepting video submissions, work must be documented and submitted in jpg/jpeg form).

This competition is “Open Themed”, works in all styles, media, subjects and themes are acceptable.

The Deadline for submissions is October 24, 2024.

Awards

Award winners will have complete freedom to use their prize money as they see fit. The number of art pieces submitted, and their overall quality will determine the prize amounts awarded.

It is free to submit work. Only those accepted as finalists must pay the $35 finalist fee. Finalists will have their work exhibited in the online gallery on BlueSpaceGallery.com and will move on to the final round of jurying in consideration for cash awards and honors.

Early entry is recommended; all applications received on or before October 13, 2024, will be automatically shortlisted as finalists, be exhibited in the online exhibition, and move on to the final round of jurying to be considered for awards.

This Competition is Open Themed.

In this competition, artists are invited to unleash their imagination and explore any theme that resonates with their creativity. Whether it's abstract, surreal, figurative, conceptual, or any other style, this competition embraces diversity and encourages artists to push the boundaries of traditional art forms.

The "Open Themed" exhibition is a platform for artists to showcase their unique perspectives, experiences, and emotions through their chosen medium. From paintings to sculptures, digital art to mixed media, participants are encouraged to experiment with techniques and materials to bring their visions to life.

The theme of this competition is openness itself. Artists are free to interpret this theme in any way they see fit, whether it's exploring the concept of openness in nature, society, emotions, or the human mind. It's an opportunity for artists to delve into the complexities of what it means to be open, whether it's embracing vulnerability, welcoming diversity, or breaking down barriers.

As the theme suggests, "Open Themed" encourages artists to break free from constraints and let their creativity flow unrestricted. It's a celebration of artistic freedom and innovation, where each submission adds to the rich tapestry of human expression.
